Maybe A.Net could change leadership so that other paragons only give half the energy from leadership? I would say that Paragon primaries shouldn't give ANY energy from leadership, but I'm not sure how much that would cripple this build.
All ele builds tear through people? Yeah right. The closest you got was multiple SF eles and that was solved by altering ONE skill.

All Dervish builds? Lol, not since the NF PvP Preview weekend and that was nerfed to shit because it was plain overpowered.

As for the pure mesmer..... er no. Unless by 'pure' you mean the Fast Cast Ele build with monks...

I'm still yet to see someone mention a pure build, pure meaning ALL that character, not a couple of slots for monks, that it unbalanced in even remotely the same way an all Paragon team is.

They might be able to make it so Leadership only gains energy when it targets non-Paragons, but that wouldn't curb the 4xW 4xP sorta teams.
